We aim to ship every order within 48 hours from Prince Edward Island, Canada — insured and tracked from label to doorstep.
Overview
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase to the United States and Canada. International shipping is available upon request. Every order is carefully packed, insured for full purchase value, and tracked from our warehouse.
Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping rates are calculated dynamically by Shopify based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected method. Your final cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Duties & Taxes
Important for buyers outside Canada:
You are responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, VAT, and any other fees imposed by your destination country. The Southpaw Shop does not prepay or cover these costs. Carriers may collect fees upon delivery. We are not liable for duty assessments or customs delays.
Canada: HST/GST may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Processing & Shipment
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase. Tracking is emailed the moment your label prints.
- Every club is individually wrapped
- Iron sets ship in fitted golf-shipping boxes
- All shipments are insured for full purchase value at no extra charge
Delivery Timeline
Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment (not purchase) and vary by location and carrier. We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Delays at customs or border processing
- Weather, traffic, or other external factors
- Holidays or carrier service interruptions
If your package is delayed beyond the estimate, check your tracking number with the carrier directly.
Damage Claims
If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the package if possible, or note damage on the delivery slip
- Take photos of the damage and packaging
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number
- We will file a claim with the carrier
Lost Packages
If your package is lost:
- Wait 14 days after the expected delivery date
- Contact us with your tracking number
- We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. All shipments are insured for full purchase value. Damage claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Special Circumstances
PO Boxes & remote addresses: Some carriers charge additional fees for PO Boxes or remote addresses. These fees may be shown at checkout.
Signature required: Signature confirmation is not required on standard orders. Contact us if you need it arranged.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide upon request. Email support@thesouthpawshop.com with your full delivery address and country. We'll quote a rate within 24 hours. Typical timeframe: 2–4 weeks.
